Nidhi Singhal
Mrs. Nidhi Singhal is an accomplished educationist, academic leader and passionate advocate of collaborative school education. With over 18 years of experience across school leadership, academic administration, teacher development, curriculum planning and classroom teaching, she has been actively contributing to the continuous advancement of educational practices. She currently serves as the Principal of Baselios Public School, Gujarat Refinery Township, Vadodara, Gujarat. Her professional journey encompasses more than nine years of leadership experience as Principal, Vice-Principal, Academic Coordinator and Head of Department, along with 15 years of teaching experience as a PGT (Chemistry) in reputed institutions including DAV Public School, Army Public School and Mount Litera Zee School. An academically accomplished professional, Mrs. Singhal holds an M.Phil. in Chemistry, M.Sc. in Chemistry, B.Ed. and a Master of Management Studies (Education) from Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda. A University Gold Medalist and scholarship holder, she has maintained a strong record of academic excellence throughout her educational journey. Her association with CBSE and the wider education ecosystem includes her roles as CBSE Resource Person and Certified Trainer, Member of the CBSE Inspection Committee and NTA Observer. Her areas of professional engagement include Creative and Critical Thinking, Active Learning, Theory of Knowledge, Mental Health and Well-being, and Competency-Based Assessment. She is also a Certified Career and Education Counsellor.
